A Little Note | Plentiful Plants Bundle

Hi There! Its bee a long time since I posted. Its Bruno here and thanks so much for stopping by today.

I wanted to share with you the project I made for our team swaps - here it is

As I have mentioned previously, the Bloom Where You're Planted Suite is 'hands-down' my favourite suite in the catalogue. While there are alot of beautiful sheets of DSP in this suite, I wanted to strip everything back and just stamp it and cut out using the coordinating dies.

I used a Thick Basic White card base, a Basic White intermediate layer and a Basic White top layer. The top layer was embossed with the Macrame 3d Embossing folder (the Macrame 3D Folder is not a part of the suite but lends itself alot to coordinate with these products.

I stamped in Cajun Craze for the pot, Evening Evergreen and Just Jade for the leaves and Garden Green for the hanging leaves. I cut each of these using the coordinating dies.

For the stand, I cut this out using Gray Granite and adhered them to the card.

For the sentiment, I used the first line of the sentiment from the Plentiful Plants. I did this by inking up just the first line of the sentiment. I cut it out using a die from the Tasteful Labels die collection.

Since I made this for a team swap, I wanted to just explain how swaps work. Everyone who is participating in the swap makes ten of the same card and in return they receive ten different cards in return (and everyone receives a different set of ten cards).

  1. I love this card! I especially like the way the macrame embossing folder adds so much texture without taking over the design. Good job, Bruno!

Thanks for making the time to write a comment - you have made my day
