All Adorned Stamp Set Emboss Resist - Sale-a-Bration

Hi There! Thanks for stopping by tonight. I have a cute project for you today which is using one of the new stamp sets available for you to earn FREE - the ALL ADORNED stamp set!

I used my quick card layer templates for this. Here are the sizes you can use to make the card.

Card Base - Thick Whisper White, Portrait, Bottom Opening
Night of Navy Layer - 9.8cm x 14.2cm
Whisper White Layer - 9.5cm x 13.9cm
Whisper White Layer (Stamped) - 9cm x 13.4cm

Card Base - Thick Whisper White, Portrait Card, Bottom Opening
Night of Navy Layer - 4" x 5 1/4"
Whisper White Layer - 3 7/8" x 5 1/8"
Whisper White Layers (Stamped) - 3 3/4" x 5"

On the top whisper white layer, using a stamp from the All Adorned Stamp Set, I White Embossed the image. Now, even though some of these stamps are designed to be used with the FANTASTIC Stamparatus, I did this by eye. After this, I used the sponge brayer and applied some Night of Navy ink to the card. The ink resists the White Embossing - thus the name "Emboss-Resist" technique. Using Tombow adhesive, I stuck the three layers to the card down.

For the sentiment, I used a stamp from the FREE Sale-a-Bration set called Part of My Story and white embossed this onto a piece of Night of Navy. I then mounted this onto a piece of Whisper White and mounted this to the card.

Here is my video to show you everything that I did!

I love how simple and effective this card was to make. Do you have these free Sale-a-Bration products in your collection yet? Remember, you cant buy them - you can only earn them for FREE! Click on the shopping links below and buy some goodies now and you can earn them.

Tea Time Framelits Dies - Sale-a-Bration FREE Products

Hi There! Thanks so much for stopping by today. I have a cute project to share with you today using some FREE products (yes, you read that correctly - FREE). Before I got on, here are the Sale-a-Bration products used;

Note: Australian Residents Only

Dont you love it when the price says $0? I know I do! Buy the things you love and get rewarded and earn these products for free!

The DSP is so versatile (in fact, I have a heap of cards using this very paper over the next week or so) and while we may think of this pack of paper as 'The butterfly DSP,' as you can see by this sheet used, there isn't a butterfly in sight! As for the Tea Framelits, this pairs perfectly with the Tea Together Stamp set (one of the MOST POPULAR in the 2019 Occasions Catalogue).

How did I make this?

I first took a sheet of the DSP and stamped the teapot image using Memento Black ink. I then cut out the shape using the coordinating framelit. I was going to leave it like that however, I felt it needed a bit of shading so I grabbed the Light and Dark Highland Heather Stampin' Blends along with the colour lifter and added some shading. I LOVE how it turned out!

For the sentiment, I white embossed on a piece of Highland Heather at 2.5cm wide and used the Banner Triple Punch and made a cute banner edge.

For the card, I used Thick Whisper White and added a Whisper White layer with a 2mm border all around. I ran this through the BEAUTIFUL new Country Floral embossing folder and stuck this down to the card. I was going to stick the teapot down but I felt that it needed an intermediate layer so I added a layer of vellum (it might be difficult to see in the photo).

Like most cards, this didn't turn out anything like I planned (who am I kidding - did I even have a plan in the first place?).

And you can watch my VIDEO here!! Woo Hoo!! Feel free to pin it to Pinterest too.

Thanks so much for stopping by today. If you need any other products from this project, click on any of the shopping links below.

Thanks again!
