Fun with the Dino Days Bundle | You're RAWRsome!

Hi There and thanks so much for stopping by today.

I have a fun project to share with you. I used the Dino Days stamp set and have been doing some simple stamping (with a few layers). While I love layers and embellishments, I wanted to strip it all back and focus on stamps, ink, paper! Here is the project;

The stamped piece is 14.2x9.8cm and the intermediate layer (Granny Apply Green) is 14.4x10cm and the card base is Night of Navy.

I stamped the dinosaurs in Terracotta Tile, Night of Navy, Mango Melody and Granny Apple Green with the spikes and sentiment in Memento Black and the other patterns in Basic Grey. This is such a cool stamp set and its Photopolymer so you can see through and line up the images.

As mentioned, this card is just stamps, ink and paper. No embellishments, no dies, no ribbon or washi. Its such a fun way to create something beautiful.

I have even created a video for you to show you just how easy it is to make this card today!

Are you new to stamping? We can definately hook you up with some cool goodies! Drop me a line and id love to help you. Alternatively, if you live in Australia, feel free to purchase any of the items shown below from our online. store.

Congratulations | Using the Check You Out Stamp Set

Thanks so much for stopping by today. I have CUTE card to share with you using the Check You Out stamp set. Here is the project;

I started with a Bermuda Bay card base - portrait format with opening at Bottom. I cut a piece of Bermuda Bay to 13.9 x 9.5 cm and then a piece of Whisper White to 13.4 x 9 cm  (if you use imperial measurements, using our Card Templates, use the Flirty Flamingo and Daffodil Delight layers).

I used Memento Black and Grey Granite ink and hand stamped the Owl image - because its Photopolymer, its SUPER-simple to do repetative stamping like this!  I then stamped the cute glasses using Bermuda Bay. I adhered the stamped piece to teh Bermuda Bay intermediate piece and wrapped this with a piece of cute Grey Granite Textured Weave Ribbon.

I mounted this piece onto the card base with dimensionals. For the sentiment, i stamped onto a scrap piece of Whisper White and punched out using the Classic Label Punch. I then mounted this using dimensionals.

#loveitchopit project using the Garden Lane Designer Series Paper

Hi There and thanks so much for stopping by today!

I wanted to share with you a #loveitchopit project I made for some customer cards. I used the Garden Lane Designer Series Paper. This is simply beautiful! Do you want to see the paper a little closer?

I love the collection of colours in this paper. The paper features Garden Green, Mint Macaron, Mossy Meadow, Pear Pizzazz and Soft Sea Foam (and Whisper White of course). I wanted to coordinate with this paper so I used each of these as card bases. We made 72 cards out of one pack of cards (we have already used some, so the full amount isnt shown).

I love this type of card! It really highlights the beauty of the paper and with a simple sentiment and a punched card, the card is DONE! I used the Sentiment from the Good Morning Magnolia stamp set and in the background of the sentiment, I used the pattern in the Verdant Garden stamp set. I punched these out with the 1 1/2" circle punch and then behind this the Story Label punch.

Here is another look;

These are going out to my customers this month. Do you want to receive one? Place an order with me and you will get one!

You are Simply Wonderful | Kylie's Demonstrator Training Blog Hop August 2019

Thank you for joining us for our blog hop for August 2019.  We are a group of Stampin' Up!® Demonstrators from all around the world that want to learn more to progress in our business. Blogging helps us to learn and connect with people, inspiring creativity. Please let us know if you enjoy our work! We love hearing from our readers.

For todays project, I used the Shimmer Detailed Laser-Cut Specialty Designer Series Paper.

This paper is just GORGEOUS! There are 6 sheets in the pack and it includes delicately detailed laser-cut sheets with a touch of shimmer. Vanilla on one side, white on the other side. One design is a 12" x 12" pattern; the other design has distinct patterns to cut out and use on card fronts - this is one that I have used today. Here is the project I made;

I started with a Night of Navy card base. I cut another piece of Night of Navy to 14.4x10cm and within that piece, I cut a 12.4x8cm opening. I trimmed the laser-cut paper to size and adhered it to the rear of the frame (I used the White side up). Using foam adhesive strips, I then mounted this to the card base.

For the sentiment, I White Embossed the stamp onto a piece of Night of Navy 10x2cm. I absolutely love this sentiment - its from the Bloom and Grow Bundle and has some other additional BEAUTIFUL images and sentiments. I then mounted this onto a piece of Whisper White (10x2.5cm) and adhered to the card base.

I love how this card turned out - it was SUPER-simple!

So Happy for You | More fun with the Modern Heart Stamp Set

Thanks so much for stopping by today. I have another card to share with you using the Modern Heart stamp set. I made it for my sister and her husband who are celebrating their wedding anniversary today - I hope they like it. Here is the project;

I started with a Bermuda Bay card base - portrait format with opening at Bottom. I cut a piece of Whisper White 13.4cm x 9cm and a piece of Basic Black at 13.1cm x 8.7cm (if you use imperial measurements, using our Card Templates, use the Daffodil Delight and Granny Apple Green layers).

For the dots on the background, I used some White Kraft Paint and used the 'flick' technique on the Take your Pick tool. I white embossed the sentiment onto the Basic Black.

For the main heart image, I stamped onto Whisper White using Memento Black ink. I coloured this using Light and Dark Calypso Coral, Dark Pretty Peacock, Light Bermuda Bay and Light Granny Apple Green. I then fussy cut this image out and mounted onto card base with dimensionals.

Finally, I embellished with some Noble Peacock Rhinestones.

I love how this card turned out - what do you think?
