I'm Kylie Bertucci, an Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator based in Werribee, Melbourne, Victoria. I joined Stampin' Up! in 2009, and what started as a simple way to save money on my craft supplies has grown into a business that has completely changed my life.
I never imagined that saying "yes" to becoming a demonstrator would lead to incredible friendships, opportunities to travel, speaking at events, creating online classes and inspiring thousands of papercrafters around Australia and across the world.

Meet My Family
I share this journey with my husband, Bruno.
Bruno was an architect before making the big decision to leave his career and join me in our Stampin' Up! business. We now work together every day, creating tutorials, packing orders, supporting our team and helping other people discover the joy of papercrafting. Working together wasn't something we ever planned, but it's become one of the greatest blessings of our lives.
Many long-time followers will also remember our much-loved Cavoodles, Jasper and Bella. They were a huge part of our family and often appeared in photos and videos over the years. Although they're no longer with us, they'll always hold a very special place in our hearts, and we're grateful for all the joy they brought into our lives.
How It All Began
If someone had told me back in 2009 that card making would become my career, I would have laughed!
My sister-in-law Angela introduced me to Stampin' Up! and told me she was thinking about becoming a demonstrator. I honestly didn't understand what all the excitement was about.
She handed me a catalogue and suggested I take a look.
That night I couldn't stop turning the pages. I was circling products, writing wish lists and working out how many free products I could earn. Before long I realised that becoming a demonstrator was actually the smartest way to enjoy my hobby.
I joined with one simple goal—to receive the demonstrator discount on the products I loved.
I had absolutely no plans to build a business.
But something amazing happened.
I started sharing my projects, teaching a few classes and helping friends create cards. One person became two, two became ten, and before I knew it my hobby had naturally grown into a business doing something I genuinely loved.
Why I Love What I Do
People often ask what my favourite part of being a demonstrator is.
It isn't the products—although I do love them!
It's the people.
I've had the privilege of meeting incredible crafters from all walks of life. I've watched beginners discover talents they never knew they had, customers become lifelong friends and hobby demonstrators grow into confident business owners.
Nothing makes me happier than helping someone create something they're proud of or giving them the confidence to believe in themselves.
That's what keeps me excited after all these years.
