This week on our livestream, we’ve been exploring the versatility of the Friendly Foliage Bundle, and today’s project was extra special: a LOVE-themed card, perfect for weddings or anniversaries. 🌿💖

We started with a classic black card base, adding a layer of crisp white cardstock to create contrast. Next, we brought in a second black layer, stamping delicate leaves with Versamark and heat embossing them in white for a subtle, elegant texture. By layering another white panel between this and the card base, we built four layers that really make the card pop.

The star of the design—the main image—was stamped with Versamark and heat embossed in black, then carefully cut out using the coordinating die. To give it extra dimension, we used foam adhesive sheets to raise the image off the card.

Finally, we added a small sentiment and a few striking gold embellishments to bring a touch of glamour and sophistication. The combination of black, white, and gold makes this card feel modern yet timeless.

This project is a great example of how layering, embossing, and thoughtful embellishments can turn a simple card into a showstopper.
