This week, I’m focusing on the beautiful *Floral Charm Suite Collection* from Stampin’ Up! and today I’m so excited to share our very first project using it. 

I started with a Pretty Peacock card base, then added a layer of Basic White cardstock. 

For a real WOW factor, I altered my die-cutting “sandwich” so that the detailed die acted like an embossing folder — creating a gorgeous, textured background. 

The sandwich used to achieve this;

A little soft colour was added with a blending brush before layering on Petal Pink cardstock and one of the stunning Designer Series Paper sheets from the suite. 

The Petal Pink braided trim adds such a rustic, textural touch, and I finished the card with a heat-embossed sentiment in crisp white. I love how fresh and elegant this card feels, and I can’t wait to show you the technique in action tomorrow in my reel!
