I used a Thick Basic White card base and added another layer of Basic White. For the colourful background, I added strips left over from a previous project. I didnt plan to run them in different directions, but I was running out of scraps that were long enough. So, I decided to rotate the scraps. I love how it turned out.
How cute is the donkey? I stamped using Memento and then coloured. For his jumper, I used the same colours as the DSP and just added a line of both the light and dark and they blended together. I cut this out and mounted into a piece of vellum.
For the sentiment, I stamped onto a piece of Basic White and then punched using one of the ovals on the Double Oval Punch and mounted onto the card.
