EVEN MORE Sunshine for You | Box of Sunshine Paper Pumpkin Kit

Hi There and thanks for stopping by today!

In the last few days, we shared some projects from our special online event we had for World Cardmaking Day. Our event focused around the AMAZING Special 'Box of Sunshine' Paper Pumpkin kit. At the time of writing, this kit is still available! If you don't already have it, click on the image below and get it from our online store now.

Today, I am sharing some min-projects using leftover pieces. Stampin' Up! has some cute 3x3 envelopes. These pair perfectly with the mini pizza boxes (available in White and Gold). The pizza boxes can be displayed in any way you want (or you can leave them like they are).

The cards are SUPER-simple to make. The cards are 3" x 6" and are scored at 3" and you can make them in ANY colour.

For this project, I cut the sun in half (as half of the sun is covered). The 'water' is a piece of Misty Moonlight (1 1/2" x 3") and is stamped using the pattern stamp. The sentiment - WOW! I love this stamp! I stamped 'Sending' in Black and for the Sunshine word, I used two different colour inks on the stamp. Finally, I cut this out using the Tailored Tag punch.

For this set, it was much the same at the first set of cards. The sentiment piece is using letters from the Playful Alphabet Die collection and Foam Adhesive Sheets (have I mentioned that I LOVE these?) I did a version with Gold Foil sheets and paired this with Gold Embossing powder.

For this last set of cards, I made the 3x3 cards using Mango Melody card stock. For the sun piece, I used the leftover piece (from where you pop the sun out) as a mask. I used sponge daubers to apply colour to the sun - this was a really effective way to apply colour. I then stamped the sun over the top and cut this out using circle dies. I cut out a scalloped circle using Gold foil and adhered both of these using dimensionals. Finally, I stamped the sentiment onto Mango Melody and cut out and adhered to the card.

We had so much fun putting together these projects with the leftover pieces of the Sending Sunshine Kit. Hopefully, you enjoyed coming along with us as we share this with you.
