Thanks: You're Seriously THE BEST | Botanicals meets Blends!

OK, so I admit that I didnt look too closely at the Botanical Prints Product Medley. Its Bruno here! Its in a bit of a weird place in the Mini-Catalogue and its listed under 'Kits.' Well, it is a kit ..... sort of ..... but not really. Its WAY more than a kit of products - its a massive medley of products (Stamp Set, Dies, Paper, Ribbon, Embellishments......).

I was looking for some paper to make another card and I came across the sheet of DSP I used for todays project. Here is what I ended up with;

I used four colours of Stampin' Blends (Daffodil Delight, Blackberry Bliss, Mossy Meadow and Balmy Blue), using both light and dark. The cool thing about the paper is that it already contains shading on the paper.

I mounted this onto a piece of Balmy Blue and then mounted this onto a Blackberry Bliss card base. I tried a few things with the sentiment but in the end, I White Embossed directly onto the coloured DSP. If you are going to do this, you MUST use the Emboss Buddy before stamping with Versamark.

I then white embossed the second line of the sentiment onto a piece of Daffodil Delight and mounted this onto the card in a strip. Finally, I added the bee embellishment onto the DSP.

What do you think of todays project? I love the look of the Balmy Blue Background mounted onto the piece of Balmy Blue.....
