Craft Ink Refill meets Artfully Folded

I have been having fun with Craft Ink refill this week. You can see my Facebook Live HERE and my blog post HERE with the different cards that I have made using this technique.

Today I decided to use my new Artfully Folded stamp set because someone in my team set me a challenge. They said I had to stop creating with it in case I changed their mind and made them want it. I am hoping this card today might tip them over the edge.

I wanted to get the feel of the Cherry Blossom flowers - they are all sorts of different pinks in the one tree. So I used the craft ink refill with Blushing Bride and Calypso Coral. Hence why you can see slight colouring differences.

I used the Bunch of Banners Framelits to cut out the sentiment. I love it! Be your own kind of beautiful. We are all unique and wonderful in our own way - A flower never compares itself with the stem, or the trunk of the tree and says I am better than you. Each have it's own purpose and together the tree is strong not in competition with one another.

I love the colours I have used in this - Basic Black, Smoky Slate and Lovely Lipstick. They really POP and are so bold. They have that Japanese feel to it as well. I would love to hear what you think! Please feel free to comment below.
