Crazy Crafters Blog Hop with special guest Rachel Tessman

Thank you for joining the Crazy Crafters team blog hop! Our special guest is Rachel Tessman from the United States. Rachel has been with Stampin' Up!® for almost 17 years and has earned 12 incentive trips!! WOW! What an inspiration.

Here is the project of Rachel's that inspired me today -

I love the technique of stamping - using the thinlits and then sticking it back in again. It seems so much more complicated than it actually is. Here is my take on Rachel's card -

You may be thinking where did I get my random colour combination from? I was in the city on Friday and saw a woman walk past with the most gorgeous dress. I literally stopped in the pathway grabbed my phone and wrote down the colours - she was too far away to take a photo.. and it would have looked pretty strange right?? Bruno was looking at me like - Seriously??? hahahahahaha. I am so happy that I have been able to use that inspiration for my card today. Here they are if you wanted to pin them -

I used the amazing Succulent Framelit Dies to cut out my flowers from this wonderful pattern. The Delicate Details stamp set is available for FREE when you purchase over $90. In fact you get special products for free EVERY $90 you spend in my store but only until the end of March 2017. So don't delay!

Thank you for coming by my blog today and having a look at my card that was inspired by the wonderful Rachel Tessman. You are going to love all the ideas that you get from my Crazy Crafters team. 12. I really like this card Kylie, the colours are fab. I find myself looking at things and trying to guess the Stampin Up colour!! Can I ask how you got the background like this? Did you sponge the colours on first and then stamp in white ink?

    1. Oh great question Belinda!! I embossed in Whisper White powder and then used the sponge daubers to go over the pattern. :) Hope that helps.
