Global Design Project 039 | Theme Challenge

We have just arrived in London for our last week of jetting around the place! We have had such a wonderful time away - but I feel like I am going to need a holiday when we return we have been so busy trying to see as much as we can on this trip! Big problem to have right? I made sure I was organised before we left so that I could play along with the Global Design Project! This card I made is VERY different for me and my style - however I really like it. I had a specific person in mind that I knew would love this type of card. It's interesting how your style can change when you have someone in mind.

Here is my card -

I used the brand new Host Stamp set called Fabulous Florals and I love the look of those Figs! Figs are one of my favourite fruits to eat EVER - and interestingly enough they can be the symbol of hope and prosperity - so it fits very well for a get well soon card right?

I used Elegant Eggplant and Emerald envy with the aqua pens. I did a lighter colour to start with and then when it dried went over it again for a bolder colour and yet it created this shading effect.

Thanks for coming by today! Make sure you head over to the Global Design Project and see the other amazing designs that our team has made for this weeks theme and you might even plan to play along yourself this week!

If you live in Australia and you are looking for a demonstrator to order from, I would love to assist you!
