Memories in the making with Zoo Babies

Oh what fun I had making this card today! It is a little cutie. I decided to mix it up with a bit of new and some current too. We have to remember that the annual catalogue is still available and there are some amazing products that I know you want.

I am pushing the boundaries of this sketch from the Pals Paper Arts and adapted it quite a bit - but it did give me inspiration for my very different tree.

Here is my Baby card -

There is lots to explain to you with this card as I used lots of different stamp sets and ideas! But let me explain.

The Tree: I used the Sheltering Tree Stamp set for the tree section, then the "leaves" I used the brand new Memories in the Making stamp set and stamped it in Cucumber crush on cucumber crush and fussy cut it out. The apples are from the tree builder punch that is current. The little peep hole was made using the circles framelits but I just didn't cut it all the way through. I stopped at the edge. I then opened the little window and stuck it down with a dimensional.

The Animals: They are both from the zoo babies Stamp set. The Giraffe I did in Crushed Curry and the Monkey in early espresso.

The grass I used with the sheltering tree stamp set and the Sun is from the new Memories in the making stamp set.

The sentiment is from the new set called Suite Sayings.

So what is current now are Zoo Babies, the tree builder punch, Circle Framelits and the sheltering tree stamp set.

What will be available on the 5th January is the Memories in the Making Stamp set and the Suite Sayings set.

I hope that gives you lots of ideas on what you could do with a peep hole! I actually have another one to show you tomorrow that I am sure you will like. It is using the new Shine On Speciality Designer Series Paper.
