I was thinking what challenge should I play along with today? And I chose the best one of the all - the Global Design Project. I am biased considering I am on the design team, but that is beside the point. Here is the sketch that we were playing along with this week. Currently I am at the Onstage Live event in Melbourne helping set up. I can't wait to show you photos of the fun that I am having here. Tonight is our leadership dinner which I am sure is going to be wonderful.
Anyway onto the Global Design Project sketch and my card!
I love the herringbone technique and I wondered if I could put it off by creating the panel and then chopping it up into four squares. I do feel it has worked really well! I adore the colours on this card it is bold and elegant. The sentiment is from that fantastic set and many more. Perfectly matched with the bitty banners thinlits set.
Here are the colours if you wanted to use them again in the future.
