Bringing A World of Thanks with Crushed Curry

I love this colour combo - its a new favourite for me. I used the brand new World of Thanks.

I used Smoky Slate, Basic Black, Crushed Curry and Whisper White and the Crushed Curry pattern you maybe wondering where its from? Its the new This is the Life Project life Collection. How awesome does it look on this card?

The sentiment was using the Basic Black Marker on the World of Thanks background stamp and the thinlits from Mini Thinlits.

Here is the colour combo if you would like to pin it for Colour inspiration.

Tips and Techniques:

The Crushed Curry pattern from the project life isn't the full length of the card front - 14.9cm. I knew that I had the World of thanks Square layer - so I cut the project life card in half and hid the "missing" part under that layer - you wouldn't even know if I didn't tell you.

I have used the new Neutrals Designer Series Paper the new silver colour sadly it is not available at the moment - but it won't be long. So put this one on your wish list and I will let you know when it becomes available.

When doing the sentiment it is a good idea to make sure that your stamp is REALLY clean - you don't want any faded shadows of words - Also after you have carefully used the Basic Black marker you may want to run your finger very carefully around the letters close to the sentiment you are using to make sure that no flecks of ink has gone somewhere it shouldn't. I know this because I coloured in those words around six times trying to get it right. So listen to my advice and save yourself some pain.
