Here is the Card that I made using the Sheer Perfection Vellum and the For Being You Stamp set and a matching Vellum Cardstock envelope.
The Thanks sentiment is a great bold statement and perfect for this masculine Thank you card. I liked having it diagonal for a bit of interest. The layering of the vellum was perfect with the Birthday Bash specialty paper that is found in the Occasions Catalogue.
I really fell the inside needed some decorating too - it really finished off this card nicely.
Working with Night of Navy was so refreshing - something different for me too. It was nice to pick up a colour from the paper that I wanted to use and know it would match perfectly.
Embossing the thanks in white embossing powder really made that THANKS pop and suited the look I was trying to go for.
The vellum envelop was something different and I still felt it kept in the theme of a masculine card too. I enjoyed using my envelope punch board to create an envelope to match the size of my card as it was an odd shaped size (12cm x 24cm)
