This fifth project using the Pop-Up Petals Bundle was such a joy to create! I started with a Timid Tiger card base and layered Pecan Pie cardstock with Woven Textures DSP, wrapping Crumb Cake twine around for added texture and warmth.
For the focal panel, I used a Branching Out die-cut from Basic White and stamped the flowers, colouring them with Stampin’ Blends for depth and dimension 🌺. I created a blended “table” using Timid Tiger, Darling Duckling, and Lemon Lolly, then stamped and fussy-cut a vase in Timid Tiger, adhering it with dimensionals for a subtle lift.
The sentiment was a fun finishing touch: I cut “thanks” from a longer phrase, stamped in Versamark, added white embossing powder, and heat-set it before adhering to the card. Layering all these elements onto the card base created a sophisticated, textured design that’s full of charm and perfectly showcases the Pop-Up Petals Bundle. This project proves that thoughtful layering and a few simple techniques can transform a card into something truly special.
