Warm Wishes Tote Bag Card – Featuring the Notes & Totes Bundle

This week I have been creating with the Notes & Totes Bundle, and for my second project I wanted to really show off the bag die. This set is so much fun to use, and it makes building your own little tote bag easy and quick.

About the Bundle

The Notes & Totes Bundle comes with a 12-piece photopolymer stamp set and a 17-piece die set. The stamps feature bold headlines, casual script sentiments, and playful images. The dies coordinate perfectly and even include pieces to build a sweet little bag with straps and accessories.

Project 2 – Warm Wishes Tote Bag Card

Here is how I put this card together:

I started with a Pecan Pie card base and added a layer of Cloud Cover.
At the top of the card, I added a piece of Florals in Bloom DSP in Secret Sea and Cloud Cover, and then a portion of Secret Sea at the bottom. Secret Sea is my new favorite colour.
To add a pop, I included a strip of Strawberry Slush DSP from the same collection.
For the main feature, I used the Notes & Totes Dies to create the bag. The body of the bag is Crumb Cake, shaded on the sides with ink and a blending brush for depth. The straps are cut from Secret Sea, and I added a little scarf cut from Strawberry Slush DSP.
Finally, I stamped the sentiment “Warm Wishes” with VersaMark on a piece of Pecan Pie cardstock, heat setting it with white embossing powder.

The finished card has such a warm and cheerful feel. I really love how it turned out.

Why I Love This Project

The tote bag die is a real highlight in the Notes & Totes Bundle. It allows you to add personality and detail to your projects so easily, and you can customise the look by changing colours, papers, and accessories. The fact that it comes together so quickly makes it a great choice when you want a wow card without overcomplicating the process.

I made a reel of this project where I used different colours and a different sheet of DSO.
