NEW PRODUCT ALERT | Sneak Peek | Alphabet A-La Mode Dies

I have a fun series of projects to share with you - ALL USING BRAND NEW PRODUCTS from the upcoming January-April Mini Catalogue.

During the recent OnStage event, one of the demonstrations focused on the Alphabet A-La Mode Dies. These are stand-alone dies and contains all of the letters of the alphabet (including special characters and doubles of some letters).

These dies are thin enough to be able to use them effectively on Portrait cards. So, thats what I set out to do. I paired the dies with the By the Bay DSP and here is what I came up with;

For the first project (RELAX), I paired these products with the Seaside Bay dies. There is an edge die which looks like a torn edge or a coast line. I cut the paper, added layers of cardstock and I love the effect.

For the RELAX, I actually cut out the letters from the DSP and inlaid the letters using Distressed Gold paper - I love this inlaid look.

For the second project (WOW), I used a straight edge and added some cardstock layers. For the letters, I actually used Crumb Cake cardstock with Foad Adhesive Sheets under. The letters with Foam Adhesive Sheets are very striking.
