FULL DISCLOSURE - I do not drink milk!

I don't know when I stopped drinking milk, but I have my coffee without milk, I do not enjoy milky cocktails - I have EVERYTHING without milk. So, milkshakes are not really my thing. But this bundle reminded my of an American Diner. The font in the sentiment has a retro feel - so that was my inspiration for this project.

I was intrigued by the dies. I love the GRID pattern and I love the fold-up piece that creates a waffle cone. 

The stamp set is INGENIUS!!!! It is two-step. After I made it, I showed Kylie who asked 'How did you get the Coastal Cabana lines in the Bermuda Bay?' It is just two-step stamping!

The foam top is stamped in Tahitian Tide and cut out with the coordinating die. When I cut it out, there was a little slit in the foam. I wondered 'what on earth is that there for?' Looking at the samples provided in the catalogue, it shows a straw coming through! HOW CUTE!!!

I stamped the straw using Sweet Sorbet and then inserted into slit. I then added some topping (in the form of a die cut piece) and then added some Opaque Adhesive Backed Gems. DO NOT MISS THESE GEMS!!! They are not a part of a suite and you may miss them. The pack comes in Gorgeous Grape, Melon Mambo, Fresh Freesia and white. 

I cut out a piece of the grid using Kraft and then adhered to a piece of Kraft (did I mention that I LOVE KRAFT). I then adhered the Milkshake to the Kraft piece.

I stamped the sentiment on a piece of Basic White and then adhered to the Milkshake piece using dimensionals.

The Designer Series Paper is from a HOST MEGA pack of paper. It is called Flowers and More and contains some WOW designs! I adhered it to a Tahitian Tide card base and then adhered the milkshake piece to the card.

I REALLY love how this project turned out!!! Look out for the OTHER project I made using this bundle!!!
