Some MORE Sunshine for you | Box of Sunshine

Hi There and thanks for stopping by today!

We recently shared some projects from our special online event we had for World Cardmaking Day. Our event focused around the AMAZING Special 'Box of Sunshine' Paper Pumpkin kit. At the time of writing, this kit is still available! If you don't already have it, click on the image below and get it from our online store now.

The projects we are sharing today use the AWESOME note cards - an extremely simple and easy way to put together a project (or 20). And, the fantastic thing about these note cards is that they fit perfecting inside the Mini-Paper Pumpkin Boxes.

Here are some of the projects;

I had a leftover lemon from the kit (I had lots actually). I cut it in half and it had a bit of a 'scroll' look. I used two of the stamps from the kit and stamped onto Daffodil. I mounted this onto a piece of Whisper White and then adhered the 'lemons.' I stuck a piece of Forever Gold and then down onto the Note Card.

I had a leftover Pineapple from the kit - for this one, I stamped the pattern in Just Jade and Daffodil Delight onto Whisper White and mounted the pineapple using dimensionals. I then adhered this to a piece of Daffodil and then to a piece of Just Jade and then to the Note Card. For the sentiment, I stamped onto a piece of Whisper White and fussy-cut this piece and adhered to the card.

I had a leftover envelope so I cut it up and adhered it to a piece of Daffodil and then adhered to the note card. I stamped the sun and coloured it with Blends and then stamped the sentiment. I 'fussy' cut them both and adhered to the card. I added some Forever Gold (there was a mark on the card I wanted to cover).

I am a real fan of repetitive stamping!!! This picture shows three variations of the same theme.

These are simple cards along a similar theme to the original designs of the kit.

This is probably my fave of all of these cards - I stamped the suns and then coloured them with Blends (I used Daffodil, Mango Melody and Calypso Coral.

I have one more post to share with you using 'leftovers' from the Box of Sunshine kit. Stay tuned for that.
