So Proud of You | Using the Jar of Flowers ..... without the Jar!

Hi There! Its Kylie here and thanks for stopping by today! Today I have a neat little project to share with you - using the Jar of Flowers stamp set ..... but there is no jar in sight! Hahahahaha!!!! Here is todays project;

I used three of the five new In Colours today (Misty Moonlight, Magenta Madness and Just Jade). If you are using my card templates, here are the sizes;
  • Misty Moonlight Card Base - Calypso Coral Template Layer (new template size)
  • DSP - Cajun Craze Template (new template size)
  • Misty Moonlight - Highland Heather Template
  • Whisper White - Mint Macaron Template
  • Whisper White Card Insert - Poppy Parade Template
For the DSP (from the Flowers for Every Season DSP Collection), I cut an angled strip out of the middle (see sample) and adhered this to the card base. To the edges of the middle piece, I added two thin strips of Just Jade (0.5 cm or 1/4") and adhered this to the card base as shown.

On the Whisper White layer, I stamped the image twice using Misty Moonlight ink. Using the Misty Moonlight, Just Jade and Magenta Madness markers, I coloured the flowers with a 'sketchy feel.' Using the new Incolour blends. Misty Moonlight, Just Jade, Magenta Madness. I then stamped the sentiment in Misty Moonlight (the sentiment is from the 'A Grand Kid' stamp set). I then adhered this piece to the Misty Moonlight layer and then adhered this to the card base using dimensionals.

Using the same stamp set, I stamped the card insert (as shown in the above image) and adhered this to the card base.

Todays project was FUN and would be awesome to give to a family member you are proud of. Are these products in your collection yet? If they aren't, click on the shopping links below and buy them from our online store now.
