Focusing on negativity for a long periods of time can create depression, lack of energy and motivation and also increased stress. Now is the time to stay calm and grounded.
What can help you to do that? Try and create a new routine, especially if your circumstances have changed. By having a routine - a project that you can work on to keep you busy, you will feel more positive, accomplished and be making good use of your time. These are all super positive things and help your body to feel calm, accomplished and happy. What are the projects that you have been procrastinating on? Now is a great time to think about them, list them and get happening. Don't allow yourself to self sabotage. You will feel better when you can tick off those goals you have!

Thank you for all your free videos and tutorials. I signed up to be a demonstrator on 3/10/20. And then everything was shut down in Massachusetts! Not a good start to a new business. I thought I'd use my time trying to learn how to take my business forward.
