Hello Friend | Colour Inspiration from the Tennis

Hi Everyone. As you know, we went to watch the Australian Open Tennis the other day. And, unexpectedly, colours inspiration hit ..... with one of the tennis players outfits. The player was Iga Swiatek and here is a picture I found on google which shows the outfit.

What a cool outfit! This player is jus 18 years old! WOW!

The pink is a little on the fluoro side but for todays purpose, I have interpreted it as Calypso Coral. Adding Night of Navy and Whisper White, here is the project I created.

I started with a Navy card base. I added an intermediate white layer and I added a layer of Calypso Coral. I have never used the Absolutely Argyle Embossing Folder before and I LOVE how it turned of on this card.

Do you like the twine? It is one of the colours from the Country Club Twine Combo pack (Night of Navy). I wrapped it around a few times and fixed it to the rear of the card and mounted the card onto the base using dimensionals.

For the sentiment, I stamped onto a piece of Whisper White. Have you bought the Seriously the Best stamp set yet? Seriously, its THE BEST and so VERSATILE. You can use these on any card!!! I cut this out using a die from the Stitched So Sweetly collection and mounted this onto a piece from the same collection cut out from Vellum (or Veelum as I apparently normally say - hahahahah). I then mounted this onto the card base. Full Disclosure - I didnt plan to mount it on an angle but as I was aligning it, I tried it and loved it! Final bling application - these are actually Terracotta Tile but they match perfectly!

This is a perfect type of card for me! So simple and yet so bold!
