#simplestamping Peaceful Poppies

Stampin' Up!® have given us lots of support and ideas to take up some #simplestamping. This is perfect for those that are short of time, want to do some card making on a budget or are new to stamping and don't want to feel overwhelmed by the process.

Today I used both my Stampin Blends and my Stampin Markers to colour in these gorgeous poppies. If you haven't seen the blends and markers before they are a great way to get colour at an affordable price.

I have used the Peaceful Poppies Stamp set and made Thinking of you cards. A challenge that Stampin' Up!® have set for us in the month of December. I know, I am cutting the deadline very fine.. but I wanted to make sure I completed the challenge.

All of these cards I used the amazing Stampin' Up!® note cards as my card base. No chopping required. Plus they are a great size. I used my Purple Posy and Flirty Flamingo Blends on this first one. I love how simple and yet beautiful this one is!

This next one is the same stamp set but just some of the markers to colour in those sweet flowers.

Lastly I used the blends directly onto the rubber stamp to make this simple and sweet card.

It is great to try some new techniques and make things quick, easy and simple! I know for those that are new to Stampin' Up!® or are short on time that these are a great set of cards to make as a gift or for friends. We all are so rushed these days - but we always have time to make a handmade card!
