Get Well Soon | Good Morning Magnolia Stamp Set

There are so many of our loved ones going through health issues and tough times. Seeing my Dad go through what he has and what a difference the cards that he has received has had on him - has really motivated me to continue to #craftwithpurpose. It is so special what we have. I heard recently that a fellow demonstrator from here in Australia has just had knee surgery. Kay Jacobs. Another fellow demonstrator that isn't well is a fellow team member Jacqui Larkins. She is going through treatment for Breast Cancer.

It is so hard hearing of these ones struggling with health problems - we feel helpless and wish we could do more. However there IS something we can do. It seems simple and at times insignificant - however it really is so powerful. SEND THEM A CARD! This is such an important thing to do for others. You can join our Random Acts of Kindness group if you are looking for people to send cards to that really need it. I have a section in the event page that is just for those that are going through a hard time.

Here are the cards that I made for Jacqui and for Kay. I made one Landscape and the other portrait. I used the Get Well Soon sentiment from the Healing Hugs Stamp Set. It is a wonderful sentiment and my go to for get well cards. I added some Craft Ink to the flower with my aqua painters to really make that flower pop.

The full Good Morning Magnolia and the sentiment are both embossed in Basic Black. The embellishments are the Droplet Epoxy embellishments which I LOVE.

Here is the portrait one -
