We have had a wonderful week catching up with friends from interstate in Australia as well as friend from Canada! It has been a very very busy week with LOTS of cooking and I wanted to share some of the fun we have been having.
Not only do I love crafting - but I also love baking and cooking. I have lots of my favourite go to recipes for when we have guests over, however I tried a few new ones this time which was great fun.
We had guests for lunch on Thursday and Friday - guest for dinner Sunday night and guests for lunch on Monday! WOAH!! So much fun though.
We had friends that eat Gluten free and I made a great Gluten Free Zucchini slice. I LOVED it and will be making it all the time as it suits my Keto diet I am on.
I made grilled zucchini and Eggplant for the first time which was so awesome!
Lots of Cheese and Salami and yummy things!
We played a great game of Telestrations - what a laugh!! What is my picture??
