Thank you for joining us for another amazing Crazy Crafters blog hop! This time we have special guest Lea Denton from the UK joining us! We are all casing her work. So as you hop around you will see the card that Lea made that inspired our card. You may be starting here or have come from the previous blog - either way you can make your way around the whole hop using the list at the end of the post.
Here is the card of Lea's that I am using for my inspiration today -
I love the emboss resist technique that Lea used and the small strip of colour that really pops! Here is my card that was inspired by this -
I used the ombré technique on my card today using Pool Party, Bermuda Bay and Island Indigo.
I used the sponge daubers to add the ink to the white embossing. I used the Flourishing Phrases Stamp set for the gorgeous pattern. The best part about this stamp set was I was able to use the same set for the sentiment as well. It co-ordinates wonderfully.
After I stamped, embossed and sponged the Thick Whisper White background I added the strips of Bermuda Bay that I added dimensionals to the back of. (Bruno would be proud).
Thank you so much for joining us for this fun hop today! We are sure that you are going to receive lots of inspiration from these amazing projects. Big thank you to Lea for being our special guest today. We are thrilled to have you along with us.
