Butterfly Basics Sympathy Card

... It's an awful time when you hear of friends loved ones dying. A fellow demonstrator lost her mother in law this week to cancer and when you feel like there is nothing you can do - a handmade card with lots of love and warm words might be one thing you CAN do that can bring some comfort to those grieving.

Here is the card that I made -

Even thought the colours are normally what I would use for a masculine card - somehow I feel this card still is right for the occasion and has a feminine touch to it.

The colours that are used are Night of Navy, Old Olive, Pool Party and Very Vanilla

I cut out three small butterflies with the punch and raised them on dimensionals. The Sympathy sentiment is from the Bloom with Hope Hostess stamp set.
