This is done with the say it with scallops set, just something simple. Card stock - Vanilla, Choc Chip
Ribbon - Choc Chip
Stamp set - Say it with Scallops
Ink - Close to Cocoa
Tools - Square Scallop Cutter
I used a subdued paper to the left so that it didn't overpower the card. I like the "frame" around the stamp using the square scallop cutter.

ReplyDeletethats right its just paper that I had from Fiskars. I have got sooo much paper I need to use before I can start buying stampin up paper. I'm on a mission. It will take a while though! lol
